Kids Aerial Fitness Program

WEEKLY CLASSES COMING IN 2022!!!

 

Does your child love to hang upside down? Love to monkey around? Our Kids Aerial Fitness Program offers a fun fitness opportunity that students can use to learn how to focus, climb, & wrap themselves in. Your child will learn to fly & dance creatively up in the air! Students will also increase strength & flexibility as they are taught basic hangs, climbs, locks, & inversions.

Class time includes basic yoga warm-ups, conditioning games on the silks, instruction of skills & poses in a safe environment. Students will learn basic moves on Aerial Sling Hammock, Aerial Hoop (Lyra), Aerial Sliks, & Trapeze.

Ages 7-12
